Job Description
As Client Service Manager, you will be the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, partnering effectively across Columbia Threadneedle Investments to deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience to APAC Institutional and Intermediary clients.
The role spans the full client lifecycle, from on-boarding through to ongoing servicing and engagement, ensuring high quality, consistent delivery aligned to client objectives and Columbia Threadneedle Investment standards.
The role involves:
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the asset management business, partnering closely with APAC Sales to proactively manage client relationships and enhance client engagement.
Deliver high-quality, end-to-end client service by leveraging global resources across the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, ongoing servicing (reporting, inquiries, review meetings), and management of ad-hoc requests from simple to complex.
Support the continuous optimization and scalability of service delivery while maintaining effective collaboration with global colleagues, including US and Europe client service teams, and other internal stakeholders.
