The Director, Membership is responsible for understanding, growing, and deepening the membership base of the American Marketing Association. This role sets the vision and strategy for AMA's professional, group, and corporate membership programs, driving acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives that deliver measurable value to members. The Director leads the development and execution of strategic plans that strengthen AMA's value proposition, expand its reach within the marketing profession, and cultivate a vibrant, growing community of marketing practitioners and leaders.
