Job Summary
System Analyst
Job Description
Provide consultation and support to users on system usage, including understanding user issues and requirements.
Analyze and gather business requirements from users and relevant stakeholders.
Design system solutions and workflow processes aligned with defined business processes and requirements.
Translate business requirements into clear system requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs, and prepare comprehensive supporting documentation for system development.
Coordinate and collaborate with UI/UX designer, development teams (Developers, QA) as well as external vendors, providing support to ensure system delivery aligns with the project plan.
Estimate development effort and timelines in collaboration with the development team and communicate the results to users or the Project Manager (for large-scale projects).
Support system integration with related internal and external systems.
Perform and control system quality assurance activities, including system testing and UAT support, to ensure compliance with requirements and defined standards.
Ensure the system complies with security, compliance, and IT governance standards.
Support system deployment and production release in accordance with the project schedule.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for Helpdesk, Operations, and Application Support teams to enable effective production support after project launch.
Monitor the system after production deployment, analyze and resolve production issues/defects, and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage and support system changes (Change Requests), including preparing and maintaining related documentation to control and track changes.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience as a System Analyst, with a minimum of 4–5 years of total experience in related fields (e.g., Developer).
Strong knowledge and understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Proven ability to analyze business processes and design system flows, use cases, and sequence diagrams effectively.
Experience working with web applications, mobile applications, and backend systems.
Knowledge of relevant technologies such as Angular, Node.js or Nest.js, API integration, databases (e.g., MongoDB), cloud platforms, and high-availability systems supporting large numbers of users.
Solid understanding of system security concepts, including authentication, authorization, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Strong documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured, and comprehensive system documentation.
Experience in telecommunications systems, sales channel systems, customer registration and identity verification systems, or related systems will be an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
