Shady Grove Medical Center - Behavioral Health seeks to hire an experienced Executive Assistant II or III who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
As an Executive Assistant II or III you will:
• Perform a wide variety of administrative functions including but not limited to coordinating committee meetings, preparing letters/correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes, scheduling meetings
• Handles and types complex and highly confidential material
• Manage and coordinates office and administrative functions
• Coordinates and leads special projects
• Support the clinical and performance improvement initiatives
• Leads and supports committees as designated
• Coordinates data collection, compilation and submission
• Develop and maintain electronic filing system for administrative and personnel records, ensuring that this information is confidential
Qualifications include:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associates degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or servicing senior leadership/upper management
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred 5-8 years of experience servicing C-Suite, Upper Management or Senior leadership

Pay Range:
$50,778.00 - $107,889.60
If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as:

Tobacco and Drug Statement
Tobacco use is a well-recognized preventable cause of death in the United States and an important public health issue.
