• Job Summary:
As the Content Management Senior Manager, you will lead the strategy, implementation, and governance of enterprise wide content management systems and digital experience platforms. You will define content activation strategies across channels, manage end to end workflows, and ensure seamless integration within the broader MarTech ecosystem. Your role will involve driving transformation initiatives for global clients, enabling efficient content operations, and ensuring measurable business impact.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive content marketing strategies, omni channel activation plans, and tech architecture roadmaps.
• Create content formats, templates, SEO optimized frameworks, and processes for DCO, landing page optimization, and organic growth.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and solution designs for DXP/CMS/DAM implementations.
• Collaborate with clients and Accenture teams to deploy DXP, DAM, and related platforms; drive change management and adoption.
• Design workflows for CMS/DAM and integrate with MarTech platforms including MRM, PIM, MAM, CMPs, personalization engines, and collaboration tools.
• Evaluate existing workflows, document processes, define KPIs, and support vendor assessments for tools such as Adobe.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Experience: Minimum 12+ years of experience is required
Educational Qualification: MBA from a Tier 1 institute (preferred) / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field
