Project Overview:
Spearhead a strategic transition from basic brand awareness and aesthetic curation to transforming massive organic top-of-funnel reach into an active engine for high-intent leads and direct-response revenue.
Responsibilities:
Hands-on Execution (60% Strategy / 40% Doing): Serve as the core practitioner to scale native short-form content frameworks across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Own the Revenue Funnel: Take direct accountability for three key business metrics—Organic Reach, Lead Volume, and Attributed Revenue.
Executive-to-Team Bridge: Translate rapid, high-level feedback from executive leadership into clear, immediate directives for creators and external media partners.
Workflow Automation: Audit production pipelines and introduce AI automation and modern workspace tools to maximize team speed and content output.
Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and align a small, highly capable internal team of strategists and manage an extended contractor network.
Must Have:
5+ Years of Digital Experience: Demonstrated success in high-impact social media management or growth content strategy, with at least 2 years of direct team leadership.
Global Perspective: Deep, intuitive understanding of psychological angles, copy structures, and video hooks that convert audiences within Western markets (US/UK/Europe).
Hands-on DNA: Willingness to actively participate in tasks such as rewriting scripts, optimizing intro hooks, or analyzing platform data alongside the team.
Funnel Mastery: Strong grasp of user behavior, algorithmic distribution, and organic attribution mechanics to guide casual viewers into qualified leads.
Team / Culture:
Report directly to the Chief Growth Officer / CMO.
Manage 2 internal strategists, as well as external content creators and agency vendors.
