

Location: Remote in CO, PA, TX, MI, or VA, with a hybrid option in Allentown, PA
Starting salary range: $55,000 to $70,000

SmartAcre, a B2B marketing technology agency, is looking for a Demand Generation Engineer to join our growing team. This is not an engineering degree role. Around here, “engineer” means builder. We’re looking for someone who can take a go-to-market goal, translate it into campaigns, workflows, paid media programs, and reporting, then keep improving until the work performs.
This role is a great fit for someone with hands-on growth marketing experience who wants more ownership, more client exposure, and more room to build. You have enough experience to hit the ground running, but you’re still hungry to learn, test, and sharpen your craft.
