You will be a key contributor within a high-performing team focused on transforming Wealth Management Technology & Solutions. This role supports the modernization of enterprise platforms through API-driven services, cloud-native architectures, and data-driven insights, aligning technology delivery with enterprise-wide strategy.
As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that power next-generation wealth management capabilities.
What You Will Do?
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Conduct discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and objectives.
Translate business requirements into clear, well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.
Solution Design and Collaboration:
Partner with solution architects and technical teams to determine the optimal mix of custom development, system integrations, and third-party vendor solutions.
Validate solution designs to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
Support the design and integration of RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native solutions.
Backlog Management and Agile Delivery:
Create, prioritize, and groom the product backlog to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Support the development and execution of test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements, security standards, and performance benchmarks.
Stakeholder Communication and Support:
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide ongoing support and training to business users to ensure successful adoption of delivered solutions.
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
Proven ability to translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
Understanding the development lifecycle and methodologies ensures alignment with project goals and efficient delivery.
Familiarity with API design, RESTful services, web applications and system integrations.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments, including backlog management and sprint planning.
Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and data pipelines. Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or OpenShift.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Wealth Management or experience with Wealth Management applications.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Helios) and automated testing frameworks.
Understanding of responsible AI practices, including data privacy, security, and model governance.
