Department Overview
As a pivotal player supporting the rapid growth of Rakuten Mobile's business, your mission will be to oversee and drive the optimization of the entire supply chain for products sold through both online and offline channels.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end process, from strategy formulation and process design to warehouse operation optimization and delivery operation management. By building an efficient and robust supply chain, you will contribute to strengthening our business competitiveness and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Position Details
・SCM Strategy Development and Execution:
ーLead the overall operation and processes of the supply chain, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
ーContribute to cost reduction and enhanced customer satisfaction through optimized inventory management.
・Logistics and Inventory Management Operations:
ーOversee the smooth and efficient execution of core operations including inbound/outbound shipments, returns processing, sales management, and inventory control.
ーManage shipping operations for both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) channels.
ーEnsure strict progress management and quality control of warehouse operations.
・Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Budget Management:
ーFoster close collaboration and communication with various business units to optimize the entire supply chain.
ーFormulate and manage SCM-related budgets.
ーPrepare necessary documentation for accounting, finance, and auditing purposes.
・Business Improvement and New Project Promotion:
ーProactively propose and implement cost reduction and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
ーDesign and launch new operational frameworks in response to business expansion.
ーProvide strategic SCM-centric proposals and support for new product development, projects, and marketing initiatives.
Work Environment
Our team currently consists of around 8 members, including colleagues with diverse experience in areas such as warehouse operations and logistics planning. We welcome individuals who can immediately contribute as a key player and those who can lead our team.
Minimum Qualifications:

・High Operational Proficiency:
ーStrong multitasking ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
ーPractical experience in data aggregation and analysis using Excel.
