The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the RCMS team you will oversee accounts receivable processes, promoting timely follow-up on insurance and patient accounts. As an Associate you will engage in research, support senior staff, and develop your skills while collaborating with various teams to improve revenue cycle efficiency. This position provides a platform for personal growth and the chance to make a significant impact on client outcomes in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
Oversee the management of accounts receivable workflows
Collaborate with various teams to enhance revenue cycle processes
Conduct research to support decision-making
Assist senior staff in achieving project objectives
Develop skills in financial analysis and reporting
Engage with clients to understand their needs
Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving client outcomes

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
2 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Strong knowledge of medical billing processes and insurance reimbursement
Experience with healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Analytical mindset with financial data interpretation skills
