Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren en zeer competente HR Business Services Country Manager Nederland die onze HR‑activiteiten leidt en continue verbetering van de dienstverlening in het land stimuleert. Als strategische partner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op en de optimalisatie van het volledige Hire‑to‑Retire proces, waarbij je zorgt voor afstemming op bedrijfsstandaarden met respect voor lokale bijzonderheden. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het bevorderen van excellence in HR‑dienstverlening en het verhogen van de operationele efficiëntie.
De functie is gevestigd in Amsterdam en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Country Cluster Leader DACH en North‑East.
Lokale aanwezigheid (4 dagen per week op kantoor in Amsterdam, Westpoort) en beheersing van de Nederlandse taal zijn essentieel om de kernverantwoordelijkheden te kunnen vervullen.
