What's the role?
As a Creative Producer at Visual Domain, you will be responsible for managing projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring every production runs smoothly, on budget and on schedule. You'll work closely with clients, creatives, directors, production crews and post-production teams to deliver outstanding content while maintaining strong relationships and a positive production experience. You will also play an active role in creative ideation, contributing production-informed thinking that helps shape stronger, more achievable and more innovative creative concepts from the earliest stages of development.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously, and enjoys finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
Manage end-to-end production workflows across a variety of content and campaign projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, budgets and timelines, managing financial administration with accuracy and accountability.
Liaise with clients, creative teams, directors, crew, talent and suppliers throughout the production process, building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Lead all pre-production planning, including resourcing, logistics, permits, locations, casting and shoot preparation.
Oversee production and post-production delivery, ensuring stakeholders remain informed, aligned and engaged throughout each stage of the project.
Anticipate risks, proactively solve problems and contribute creative thinking and production expertise to help shape stronger, more achievable and innovative creative concepts.
Who are you?
Proven experience in a Producer, Senior Producer or Production Management role, ideally within a creative agency, production house or media environment.
Experience managing commercial, branded content, advertising, social or digital productions from brief through to delivery.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong project management, budgeting and scheduling skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A clear, confident and professional communicator who can build trusted relationships with clients, creative teams, directors, crew, talent and suppliers.
A creative thinker who enjoys contributing to ideation and concept development, bringing production expertise, practical thinking and innovative solutions to creative challenges.
