What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the connection point between our clients, sales team, and insurance partners assuring every interaction is handled with care and precision.
Client Experience
Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact via phone and email
Respond to client questions with clarity, empathy, and urgency
Conduct verification and follow-up calls to support client satisfaction
Operations & Support
Process insurance applications with accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain and update client records in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot)
Prepare and send client kits and documentation
Track application status and coordinate with insurance carriers
Team Collaboration
Route qualified leads to the sales team
Support post-sale follow-up and satisfaction surveys
Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
