We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our global Robotics Surgical team and lead the development and performance of our worldwide Customer Trainer network. In this role, you will use your technical expertise and educational leadership to ensure all trainers are certified, standardized, and continuously evolving to deliver high-quality, consistent training that supports the adoption of the Medtronic Hugo™ RAS system.

You will lead global certification and standardization efforts, shape strategic upskilling and recertification programs, and build a connected, high-performing trainer community. Partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure training programs remain aligned to product innovation, customer needs, and organizational priorities—helping advance patient outcomes through best-in-class education.
