Role Overview

The Head of Application COE and Application Team Lead is responsible for providing end-to-end leadership of CRM, HSE, Risk Management and Sustainability platform for Keppel Group and all business applications within Keppel InfraDiv. This role covers application operations, governance, team management, and strategic planning.

The role ensures that applications are stable, secure, compliant, and aligned with operational, regulatory, and business needs. It also drives standardisation and best practices.

This position acts as the key bridge between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring effective delivery, support, and continuous improvement of the application landscape across plants and entities.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

1. Application Operations and Service Management

Own the overall availability, performance, and reliability of business applications used across the organization
Ensure incidents, service requests, and problems are managed in line with agreed SLAs and ITSM processes
Serve as the escalation point for major application incidents and business-impacting issues
Ensure timely root cause analysis is conducted for major or recurring issues, with corrective and preventive actions implemented
Oversee application patching, upgrades, version control, and end-of-life planning
Ensure applications remain fit for purpose in supporting plant operations, corporate functions, and regulatory obligations

2. Team Leadership and People Management

Lead and manage application support and delivery teams, including AMS and application specialists
Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and coverage models across the application teams
