As a Paralegal – Corporate Governance & Legal Operations, APAC, you will provide operational and administrative support for corporate governance and legal operations across APAC and PureCircle entities. Working closely with the Manager, Legal Operations APAC, the role focuses on accurate execution, disciplined record keeping, and adherence to established legal processes, enabling the APAC legal team to operate efficiently, compliantly, and at scale.

What you will do:

Corporate Governance Support (All entities in APAC)
- Prepare routine corporate governance documentation using approved templates and with guidance from the Manager, Legal Operations APAC, including:
  - Board and shareholder resolutions
  - Written consents and minutes
  - Powers of attorney
- Maintain affiliate minute books, statutory registers, and entity records in physical and electronic form.
- Assist with entity housekeeping activities, including incorporations, restructurings, and dissolutions, in coordination with the Manager, Legal Operations APAC and in‑house counsel.
- Support coordination with external company secretaries and local counsel to facilitate filings and respond to information requests.
