Lead Demand Planning

Experience:

3-5 years relevant experience. Preferably experience in one or more of following areas:

• Commercial roles (e.g. trade marketing, customer service)
• Planning and/or CS&L roles
• Project management or active team member in supply chain planning projects
• Valued FuturMaster Demand Planning background

Skills:

• Knowledge of demand planning and S&OP (preferably experience on statistical models for Demand planning)
• Advance Microsoft Excel and Power BI Modelling
• Good Analytical skills
• Good Communication and stakeholder management skills
• Be able to convincingly present facts and figures
• Knowledge of the commercial and supply chain processes
• Able to work in autonomy and when needed cross functionally , good team player
• Moderate AI enabling skill
