

Manage the buying process for project, manufacturing and spares materials. Apply sourcing policy, interface between suppliers and GE PCS entities with respect to internal process, but also technical specifications and as sold/budgeted costs on each project. Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and technology available to develop procurement excellence, and KPI performance.
Job Summary
This role will operate as the leader of a global Centre Of Excellence for Procurement for GE Vernova – PCS. The Leader will drive the Procurement & Fulfillment activities and process related to projects, manufacturing and services purchase orders across PCS regions – with a primary focus on One Team, operations reactiveness, supplier on-time delivery (OTD) and process/cost optimization in all activities.
Significant interaction and collaboration with all business functions involved in project execution, manufacturing and services is essential (i.e. project management, engineering, manufacturing, quality), as well as driving the buy-to-pay (B2P) processes.
The leader shall organize with each region/country the proper activity transition, understanding the business and country specifics, and working at One Team.
Main Activities
