Overview
We are seeking a Media & Marketing Operations Senior Specialist to join the PokerStars Italy Marketing team within Flutter International. In this role, you will contribute to the day-to-day running of marketing operations, supporting financial processes, administrative tasks, and cross-team coordination. Your responsibilities will include assisting with purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier-related activities, as well as helping maintain contract documentation.Working closely with internal teams, you will help ensure that marketing activities are delivered efficiently and in line with established processes. This position offers strong exposure to different areas of marketing and is well suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and keen to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.
You will also contribute to maintaining structured workflows and ensuring that key processes are followed, documented, and continuously improved where possible.
As part of the Italy Regional Marketing team, you will collaborate with Media, Brand and Engagement, as well as functions such as Finance, Procurement and Legal.
What you’ll do:
Provide day-to-day support to the marketing team on operational and administrative matters.
Assist in maintaining and applying marketing processes and internal controls.
Contribute to improving workflows by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.
Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and procedures.
Handle administrative finance tasks such as raising purchase orders, tracking spend and accruals.
Support budget monitoring activities in coordination with the budget owners.
Assist with the organization and tracking of contracts, including renewals and documentation.
Help communicate updates related to processes and ways of working.
Learn and use internal systems and tools used in marketing operations. Contribute to documentation and stakeholder updates.
Monitor operational issues and flag them to relevant stakeholders.
Provide support on additional tasks and projects when needed.
What you’ll bring:
Experience in am operations or administrative role.
Understanding of marketing environments or willingness to learn.
Exposure to financial administration (e.g., invoicing, POs, accruals).
Exposure in contract management or legal processes.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Comfortable working collaboratively across different teams.
Practical problem-solving approach.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Numerically confident with an interest in data.
Proficiency in English, knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
Relevant degree (preferred but not essential).
