Your key responsibilities
Support and deal the immigration and labor compliance which will include:
Obtain the Business visa
Obtain the foreign quota
Work permit and workbook for expatriate and Cambodian workers
Staff movement declarations
Prepare and submit monthly National Social Security Fund (NSSF)
Support in register company with the Ministry of Commerce, General Department of Taxation, Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training (i.e. initial register, register change of company’s information and de-register company)
Support and deal all related immigration, labor and company registration compliance tasks
Communicate with public service authorities and client locally and globally
Perform other tasks that may be required by management from time to time
