Our Research Department is committed to providing independent, actionable insights for global investors. Our Digital Content Team aims to bring them to life through dynamic video and audio storytelling - creating interviews, explainers, podcasts and multimedia features that make our research more engaging and impactful.
We are seeking a highly motivated, resourceful Producer to create high-quality video and audio content. This role requires expertise in filming, editing and data-driven visual storytelling, as well as hands-on experience in event production.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Plan brand-aligned video, podcast content for equity research, forums, related projects
Film content both onsite at the Hong Kong office and remotely via Zoom
Guide analysts to present naturally and professionally on camera
Edit videos with strong storytelling techniques and graphic elements
Incorporate chart animation and data visualisations to explain market trends, financial data and technical concepts
Record and edit audio for podcast shows, ensuring clear sound quality and smooth pacing
Lead end-to-end event production, including content planning, vendor briefing and management, onsite filming and postproduction management
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating new tools and techniques to elevate production quality and efficiency
Requirements
Postgraduate or above in digital media, television/broadcasting, visual communications, or related area preferred
Minimum 2 years’ experience in multimedia editing and production
Proficiency with Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, and/or similar software
Expertise in chart animation and data visualisation techniques, with a recent portfolio showcasing postproduction work
Hands-on experience in scripting, planning and directing content
Expertise with onsite and remote production including identifying and using equipment (cameras/webcam, audio, lighting, green screens etc.)
Good understanding of financial products, market analysis and investment terminology; prior experience in financial or related industries is a plus
Excellent attention to detail, time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
