Planning and Delivery Specialist

Are you passionate about driving positive change and enabling high-impact delivery? An exciting opportunity has opened up within an IWR Data area to support and enhance our growing delivery capabilities across GenAI, Data Science, Data Products, Data Management and Data Analytics.

As our teams mature through programmes such as Data New Direction and IWR Data Evolution, there is a need to land strategy over scaling deliveries in complex areas. As such we are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Planning and Delivery specialist to join our dynamic team.

A bit about the job:

You’ll be instrumental in shaping our ‘Ways of Working’ from Scalable delivery frameworks across multiple teams and stakeholders including the wider IWR PGR Data & COO communities, to overseeing the current Planning and Delivery Associate role across BAU Agile Delivery, Finance and Resourcing.

Your work will span from hands-on delivery management to supporting teams in becoming self-sufficient through improved processes and tools.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Experienced in project or delivery management, ideally within Data Science, GenAI or IT environments.
Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Organised, proactive, and a natural problem-solver.
A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams and with senior stakeholders.
Comfortable working independently and objectively, taking accountability, with a focus on clarity, transparency, and governance—even in complex situations.
