We invite enthusiastic Diploma Graduates (Electrical & Civil) to join its structured training program, focused on substation engineering, HV equipment, renewable energy, and global power infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities
Undergo structured training programs during the initial period to build understanding of substation design, tools, and processes.
Learn and gain proficiency in AutoCAD/MicroStation (2D) and Revit/BIM tools (where applicable).
Assist Engineers and Designers in preparing basic drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation.
Responding to the project managers and clients’ directions in a receptive and customer focused manner.
Learning digital tools, techniques and apply the same on projects to create efficiency in the delivery.
Prepare basic reports, checklists, and documentation as required
