Role

The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for assisting The Director of Sales & Marketing, Sales Managers, the Marketing Manager, and the Reservations team. In this role, they will work in collaboration with multiple parts of the hotel to share the Aman New York experience with guests, partners, and internal/external stakeholders.

This position has a compensation rate of $33.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Assist with all hotel sales efforts, to include responding to general inquiries and client requests.
Liaise with guests, clients and employees on a regular basis.
Coordinate and assist with client events, appointments, and site visit preparation.
Assist clients in the absence of the Sales Managers.
Coordinate with Director of Sales & Marketing on activations, email campaigns, PR releases and marketing efforts impacting all parts of the hotel.
Assist reservations team with general inquires and office management.
Ability to maintain all files in accordance with established procedures and standards.
Process and maintain all accounting responsibilities for Managers in accordance with established guidelines and standards, including completion of expense reports.
Provide main telephone coverage for the sales and marketing office.
