Job Description
1.專案計畫與管理：
-監控管理專案進度:新產品導入，確保符合公司流程, 使新產品順利量產。
-監控管理量產品ECN變更/久未生產專案管理, 確保正確導入滿足客戶或BU要求。
-依FCST 需求變化，與團隊合作提供解決方案 並提報BU及工廠主管參考決策。
2.專案資源協調與管理：
-協助分配和管理專案所需的資源，包括人力、物料和設備。
-監控管理試產成品、半成品、原物料報廢與呆滯料庫存金額，降低報廢或呆滯料金額損失。
3.品質控制與改進：
-每日執行三現(現場/現物/現時)並參與生產日會，整理報告客戶來訪/稽核計畫/重大專案的進度。
-協調與解決專案議題，並針對專案流程/進行方式提出改善及預防建議。
4.跨團隊協作：
-負責跨單位 (中心級) 溝通協調所需的資源，包括人力、物料和設備。推動專案依計劃目標達成。
-整合工廠跨單位 (中心級) 資訊並形成具體方案提供主管參考決策。
-重大專案(產能，自動化，客戶緊急需求...)跨單位 (中心級) 協調整合工廠 資訊並形成具體方案提供主管參考決策。
5.專業知識應用：
-具備自身專業領域深入的理論和實踐知識，提供專業建議與指導。
