🛠️ What you’ll do
Support the development, training, and evaluation of machine learning and AI models
Assist in data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering to ensure high‑quality inputs
Identify and document business use cases and translate them into functional and technical requirements
Help build, maintain, and monitor ML pipelines and AI infrastructure
Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption
Support the automation of workflows using CI/CD tools and containerization technologies such as Docker
Document experiments, architectures, and workflows in a clear and structured way
Track KPIs to measure the business impact of AI initiatives
Stay up to date with emerging AI tools, trends, and techniques
Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and team discussions

🎓 What we’re looking for
Education
Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Experience
Any relevant experience (internships, thesis, or first professional role) in data, AI, or consulting
Technical skills
Solid foundation in Python
Basic understanding of AI / Machine Learning concepts
Familiarity with Git and collaborative development practices
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Languages
Fluent in English
Good knowledge of French or Dutch
Mindset
Analytical and problem‑solving oriented
Able to translate business needs into technical concepts
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and share knowledge
Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude
✨ Bonus points if you have
Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or low‑code platforms
Exposure to Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, MLflow, or Airflow
Participation in hackathons, AI competitions, or personal GitHub projects
Internship experience in consulting, analytics, or stakeholder‑facing roles
Familiarity with Agile ways of working
📜 Certifications (nice to have)
AI Fundamentals (Microsoft, Google, or AWS)
Azure AI or Cloud entry‑level certifications
Docker / Kubernetes introductory certifications
DeepLearning.AI or TensorFlow Developer Certificate
Entry‑level Business Analysis (ECBA) or basic Scrum training
