

我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的 Golang 开发工程师,加入 Zoom Node 平台团队。Zoom Node 是一个创新的统一混合部署平台,旨在整合 Zoom 现有和未来的本地部署及混合解决方案。该平台部署在组织的内部环境中,但模块/服务的部署和管理由 Zoom 云端控制,有效地将 Zoom 云功能扩展到客户的数据中心。
岗位职责:
1.负责 Zoom Node 平台的 Golang 服务开发和维护;
2.参与微服务架构的设计、开发和优化;
3.基于 Kubernetes 进行服务的容器化部署和管理;
4.保障系统的高可用性、稳定性和性能;
5.与云端团队协作,实现混合云架构下的功能集成;
6.参与技术方案评审和代码审查,推动团队技术进步。
任职要求:
1.计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历,3 年以上 Golang 开发经验;
2.精通 Golang 编程语言,深入理解 goroutine、channel、context 等核心特性;
3.熟悉主流 Golang Web 框架(Gin、Echo、Fiber 等)和微服务框架(go-micro、go-kit 等);
4.熟悉微服务架构设计模式和最佳实践;
5.具备 Kubernetes 实际使用和开发经验;
6.对服务高可用架构有深入理解,熟悉常见的高可用解决方案;
7.熟悉分布式系统、消息队列、缓存等相关技术;
8.熟悉 gRPC、RESTful API 设计和开发;
9.软技能: 良好的团队协作能力和沟通能力,具备问题分析和解决能力。

有 AI 应用开发经验,了解 AI Agent 和 MCP
具备 DevOps 开发经验,熟悉 CI/CD 流程和工具链
掌握 Java 或其他编程语言,有实际项目经验
有混合云或本地部署解决方案开发经验
熟悉云原生技术栈(Docker、Helm、Istio 等)
有高性能系统优化经验,熟悉性能分析和调优工具(pprof、trace 等)
有开源项目贡献或技术博客
