As we continue to grow our Manufacturing Solutions practice throughout New England, we're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Team Leader to help lead our Health & Safety team and drive the next phase of our growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven technical leader who enjoys balancing project delivery, team leadership, business development, and strategic growth. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our Manufacturing Solutions business while mentoring and developing a talented team of professionals.
Leadership & Team Development

Business Development & Practice Growth
Support business development and marketing initiatives to expand Manufacturing Solutions services throughout New England.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with discipline and business leaders to identify growth opportunities and strategic initiatives.
Contribute to geographic expansion efforts and the continued growth of the Health & Safety practice.
Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a closely related field
10+ years of relevant experience
Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or similar professional certification required
Demonstrated experience managing projects and leading technical teams
Strong verbal communication and public speaking abilities
Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear, concise technical documents and proposals
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop early- and mid-career professionals
Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for team building and business development
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
