What you will do
Provide high-quality and efficient quotation and order management to ensure smooth production, delivery, and billing processes
Enable accurate and timely recording, processing, and confirmation of orders
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of effective order management ways of working
Check orders for plausibility and completeness, ensuring appropriate order flow in compliance with policies and service offerings
Carry out related processes such as material and packaging material master data maintenance
Ensure troubleshooting and issue resolution within order management processes
Ensure smooth and timely communication with internal stakeholders and customers to achieve efficient order management processes
Who you are
You have a relevant university degree or at least 2 years business experience in customer service or order processing
You have a good knowledge of Order Management tools (e.g. SAP)
You have an organized working style with a strong focus on details
You coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
You are a team-oriented person and good networker
You provide a solution oriented and customer focused mindset
You have an interest to work in international teams and to cooperate with multiple teams
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other European languages will also be considered an asset
