General Description
The Assistant Museum Registrar supports the MOCA Registrar in administrative and registration functions related to the care and preservation of the Arts UNF collections, including MOCA’s permanent collection and loans in the custody of the Museum, with a focus on maintaining physical and digital records —such as provenance, acquisition (purchase or donation), photographic documentation, evaluations, insurance, condition reports, and object locations—to ensure the integrity and accessibility of the collection.

Required Qualifications
Master's or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219.
