Product Manager for Bancassurance
Key Responsibilities
Requirements
6-10 years of relevant experience in:
Bancassurance / insurance product management
SME or commercial banking experience
Strong knowledge of:
Life & General Insurance products
Regulatory frameworks and compliance (eg. fair dealing, audit controls)
Digital product adoption
Sales governance and risk control
Effective communication skills with strong stakeholder management (internal and external)
High level of ownership and execution focus
Ability to balance commercial objectives with risk and compliance.
