ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to provide vital Indigenous recruitment support to our Region and Site Managers, as well as front-line staff. In this role, you will play a key part in driving positive employment outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Participants.
Your expertise in recruitment will be essential in engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander jobseekers and First Nations employers, ensuring strong connections and successful placements. A focus will be on delivering comprehensive post-placement support to promote retention and long-term employment success.
