Job Summary Synechron is seeking an experienced .NET and React.js Lead Developer to guide the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications. This role is essential in driving technical excellence, facilitating innovative solutions, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that aligns with business objectives. The Lead will ensure the adoption of best practices, leverage emerging technologies, and contribute to strategic technology roadmaps.
Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes — deploying, scaling, and managing containerized applications
Frontend build tools: Webpack, Babel — proficiency with modern frontend development workflows
Overall Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of web applications utilizing .NET and React.js technology stacks
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams and project stakeholders
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, efficient technical solutions
Drive adoption of best practices, coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture, interface specifications, and release notes
Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams including product managers, UX designers, and infrastructure specialists to ensure project success
Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their strategic fit to improve product performance and development efficiency
Oversee deployment, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization
Technical Skills (By Category)
Programming Languages:
Essential: C# (.NET Core/Framework), JavaScript (React.js) — high proficiency in full-stack development
Preferred: TypeScript, HTML5, CSS — for building maintainable, scalable frontend applications
Databases/Data Management:
Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL — schema design, query optimization, data migration
Cloud Technologies:
Azure or AWS — deploying, scaling, and managing applications in cloud environments
Frameworks and Libraries:
ASP.NET, React.js, Redux — designing scalable web application architectures
Development Tools and Methodologies:
Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Git, Agile/Scrum — collaborative development and project management practices
Security Protocols:
Familiarity with security standards, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and best security practices in cloud/web applications
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on .NET and React.js technologies
Demonstrated success leading full-stack web projects in a collaborative environment
Strong experience in designing scalable, high-performance, and secure applications
Proven ability to mentor teams and foster best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
Experience with cloud platforms and containerization is highly preferred
Alternative pathways include extensive senior development experience supporting enterprise-scale applications
Day-to-Day Activities
Develop, review, and refine web applications utilizing .NET and React.js frameworks
Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams to deliver features aligned with business needs
Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Troubleshoot application issues, conduct performance tuning, and implement security enhancements
Maintain technical documentation and participate in sprint planning and stand-up meetings
Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and incorporate relevant innovations into solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or equivalent are advantageous
Proven track record in leading web application development projects in a full-stack environment
