Working within the Innovation Triangle team, the person in this role plays a key part in providing administrative and operational support to the Design department, ensuring the smooth progression of projects, the management of fabric libraries, and the overall organization of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the design team with administrative tasks such as:
Preparing documents required for material research;
Following up on files with external suppliers and entering related data;
Measuring samples and organizing wash tests;
Maintaining the organization of fabric libraries;
Preparing Simons’ seasonal palettes;
Providing administrative support for special projects;
Performing any other related administrative tasks in support of the design and production teams.
Profile Sought:
Ability to work independently while being an active team member;
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Comfortable with computers (PC environment) and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
