About the role:
As a Payroll & Workforce Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality payroll and workforce operational services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across HR processes. You will additionally manage a broad range of daily administrative and operational tasks, internal and external reporting, contribute to process improvements, testing the tools and support system maintenance. This role encourages proactivity and independence while working closely with colleagues in Vilnius and globally.
