The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for helping support the execution, reporting, and optimization of marketing initiatives. This role assists with maintaining marketing technology platforms, building and managing campaign and capacity reports, supporting marketing project management tool usage, managing vendor and tool inventories, and performing various administrative tasks to improve operational efficiency.

Support the use of marketing data, analytics, and processes to align marketing and inform business decisions across the firm.
Help develop standardized metric sources needed in leadership performance reporting (e.g., MORs, QBRs) to support executive and regional marketing leadership.

Bachelor's degree required, including:
3+ years of experience in data and analytical role.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through complex problems.
Experience in process improvement and project work.
Experience working directly with senior executive leadership, and able to lead and influence across all levels of the organization.

Results-driven, with acute critical thinking skills.

Computer Skills:

Valid driver’s license required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position may have direct reports.
Work Environment:
Standard indoor working environment.
Occasional long periods of sitting while working at computer.
Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm and interface with external vendors as necessary.
Independent travel requirement: less than 25%.
