Reports to: Moncler Store Manager Contract Term: Exact dates TBC - October/November, 2026 - April 2027 Salary: ¥1,700 per hour, starting + commission scheme

Moncler Niseko is one of only three stores in the world dedicated exclusively to the Grenoble collection.
The Role
As a Retail Assistant at Moncler, you will be a key part of the boutique team, delivering an elevated customer experience aligned with the brand’s luxury standards. Your role will focus on assisting clients in selecting high-end fashion and outerwear, offering personalised styling advice, and sharing detailed product knowledge. You will support day-to-day boutique operations, including sales processing, stock handling, and maintaining an elegant, organised, and welcoming store environment.
