Global Content & Editorial Lead
Make a difference to yourself, our clients and society
by building a consistent, client-led global content operating model that increases the visibility, authority and discoverability of Rabobank across channels, for both people and AI systems.
Rabobank is looking for a strategic Global Content & Editorial Lead to strengthen how we plan, govern, create, distribute and measure content across the Wholesale & Rural businesses.
This role is about building momentum and structure. You will drive a consistent, client-led content approach across our global channels, increase Rabobank’s visibility, authority and discoverability, and ensure our content is findable, trusted and used by both human audiences and AI systems.
You will work closely with regional marketing teams, RaboResearch and W&R Products, acting as the central editorial and content strategy lead across channels such as
This is a senior manager’s role with global scope, combining strategy, execution, editorial governance, content operations and strong stakeholder management.
1. Drive global content strategy and distribution
Own and drive consistent, client-led content distribution aligned with the global brand strategy and W&R growth agenda. Ensure content is structured and optimized for both human audiences and machine discovery (SEO, AEO, GEO), strengthening visibility, authority and discoverability across channels.
2. Lead editorial governance and channel orchestration
Own the editorial engine of global channels, including Rabobank.com and LinkedIn. Coordinate and guide regional content colleagues within a shared editorial model, ensuring quality, prioritization, discipline and scalable content flows across regions.
Develop shared planning tools, editorial standards and content playbooks that help teams work in a consistent and effective way.
3. Act as strategic content partner for RaboResearch and W&R Products
Act as primary point of contact and advisor for RaboResearch and W&R Products. Translate insights into impactful marketing and content opportunities, challenge and prioritize where needed, and take ownership for execution and amplification across global channels.
Ensure expert content is turned into clear, trusted and reusable content that supports the W&R growth agenda.
