This is offered as a 12-month Maximum Contract opportunity.

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a vital role in leading and delivering optimisation and uplift of our Client Engagement Lifecycle (CEL). Acting as the Product Owner for CEL, this role partners with key stakeholders across internal functions and client delivery teams to review, redesign and optimise current processes, workflows and operating models; shape requirements; evaluate solution options; agree fit-for-purpose solutions; and develop integrated delivery plans across parallel initiatives.

What you’ll do:

Lead pain point analysis by translating complex business challenges and pain points into clear problem statements, and prioritising related initiatives based on value, benefits and outcomes
Lead Solution analysis by partnering with stakeholders from all areas of the business to explore, suggest and test innovative solution options
Support the development of business requirements including clear scope, acceptance criteria and traceability to outcomes
