The Opportunity

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you analyze complex problems and develop solutions within Oracle Supply Chain and Operations. As a Senior Associate, you guide and mentor junior team members while maintaining professional and technical standards to deliver quality work and build meaningful client relationships.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement costing solutions within Oracle SCM
Analyze complex costing challenges and provide actionable insights
Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding
Maintain adherence to quality standards in deliverables
Collaborate with clients to understand their costing needs
Utilize analytical tools to drive informed decision-making
Build substantial relationships with stakeholders across projects
Adapt to evolving business requirements and technologies
What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
5 years of experience in implementing Cost Management in Oracle EBS/Cloud
Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud implementations
Leading at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations
Understanding of various costing methods and practices
Knowledge of Cost planning and Landed cost management
Experience with Oracle Cloud Receipt accounting module
Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud modules preferred
Acting as Oracle Cloud domain specialists in supply chain
Converting business requirements into system configurations
