Content, Systems & Innovation

• Manage exercise libraries, workout assets, and programming content within internal systems
• Improve workflows and operational efficiency through automation and AI-supported tools
• Support digital fitness platforms and scalable programming systems

Collaboration & Coaching

• Deliver training sessions weekly at Anytime Fitness headquarters gym to maintain hands-on coaching experience
• Support cross-functional fitness, education, and operational initiatives
• Contribute to special projects, events, and future programming innovation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fitness industry experience with workout programming responsibilities
• Experience designing workouts delivered by other personal trainers
• Strong understanding of exercise science, program design, and functional training principles
• Experience creating coach-facing education or operational resources
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent)
• Experience with digital fitness tools, programming systems, or AI-supported workflows preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
• Experience supporting franchise or multi-unit fitness operations
• Experience working in fitness facilities
• Experience developing exercise libraries, visual workout assets, or e-learning content

Salary Range: $70k - $80k

WORK SCHEDULE
Purpose Brands LLC, currently observe the following hybrid work model for employees at our Boca Raton (FL), Woodbury (MN), and Seattle (WA) offices:

• Remote optional: Fridays
• On-site days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
