Patterns is a center-based, in-home, and school provider of behavioral services to families with children diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities. We are currently expanding our services and are looking for career-minded, experienced ABA Superheroes to join our team. Requirements

• HS Diploma required; Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, business administration).
• Experience or interest working with individuals with disabilities, preferred
• Reliable means of transportation, required
• Experience in administrative role, preferred
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Proficient in reading and mathematical skills
• Familiarity with electronic devices, i.e. tablets, cell phones, computers
• Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to self-motivate and self-manage
• Completion of First Aid and CPR training within 30 days of hiring, Required
• Background and fingerprint clearance, Required
• Cleared TB test, where required
