We are looking for a strong people manager
Purpose of the role
As Manager of Quality Control, you lead a critical team at the heart of our manufacturing process: the in-process control laboratory. You are the driving force behind rebuilding focus, ownership, and performance within the team. You are a visible and approachable presence on the lab floor—someone who leads from the front, sets clear expectations, and isn’t afraid to hold people accountable. With your strong people management skills, you coach, develop, and motivate your team, while also providing clear direction and structure when needed. You raise the bar and ensure standards are met.
Together with your team, you deliver reliable and timely analytical results that are essential for production continuity and product quality. You work closely with Manufacturing, acting as a strong and trusted partner in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. You bring clarity in complexity, make decisions with confidence, and ensure the team stays aligned and focused. Under your leadership, the lab operates with discipline, collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset**.**
