As a Product Owner at Miele, you will play a key role in turning business opportunities into impactful digital solutions. Together with our Portfolio Development Manager, you’ll co-lead the roadmap for our eCommerce platform, shaping a world-class experience that truly delights our users and drives growth.
You will own the customer journey end-to-end, from Acquisition (Homepage, Landing Pages, Content) to Engagement (Search, Lists, Product Detail Pages) and Retention (Cart, Checkout, Account, Services). Your work will be guided by a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business goals, ensuring that every touchpoint is thoughtful, innovative, and effective.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY JOB
Manage, prioritize and track requirements from different stakeholders and their business impact – with responsibility for KPI improvements in their product area and roadmap definition and alignment together with the portfolio development manager.
Leverage market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Responsible for feature research, concept and development to ensure continuous data-driven improvement of rolled out features and products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch products and features that address business opportunities and meet business requirements.
Manage the entire product lifecycle across the value chain (discovery, development, delivery and roll-out) and ensures delivery upon commitments (on a quarterly and sprint levels) at the right quality.
Responsible for translating the business requirements into user stories and owns the product backlog –ensuring prioritization of stories and quality of feature documentation and changelogs so that changes can be reproduced.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. Masters preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in eCommerce.
Knowledge of current web technologies and different technology providers on a global scale. Experience in SAP Hybris is an advantage.
Experienced product owner managing requirements within complex organizations. Expertise in different procedure models of software development – especially Scrum.
Strong understanding of eCommerce trends, technologies, and business models.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Data driven mindset: Ability to make data-driven decisions. Ability to manage A/B-tests.
