Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, setup, and maintenance of AA coupling processes.
Support process evaluation, validation, and daily engineering analysis.
Monitor production yield and process performance, and assist in process improvement activities.
Support sample preparation, data collection, and performance verification for new products.
Assist in troubleshooting production issues and following up corrective actions.
Prepare engineering reports, SOPs, and related process documentation.
Cooperate with production, quality, and equipment teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Microelectronics, Semiconductor Physics, Electronic Engineering, Optoelectronics, or related fields.
0~2 years of experience in optical communication, semiconductor, or manufacturing engineering is preferred.
Basic understanding of SPC, CPK, and common quality tools.
Basic knowledge of optical devices, optical modules, fiber optics, or grating coupling is preferred.
Strong willingness to learn, good teamwork spirit, and sense of responsibility.
Good communication skills and execution capability.
Basic English reading and writing skills.
