Customer Relations Coordinator

SHIFT:
Tuesday-Saturday 7:30am-4:30pm including 4 in office days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answering Sonic customer contacts, resolving issues that may have a technical aspect to it. Primary channels are phone calls and emails.
• Improve customer satisfaction by actively listening, acknowledging, accurately categorizing customer contact reasons/experiences and responding accordingly.
• Provide accurate responses by actively participating in daily departmental communications, maintaining awareness of existing products as well as new products and promotional initiatives
• Ability to multitask using multiple databases to accurately research and respond to inquiries
• Ability to quickly recognize escalating trends and problem solve potential root causes
• Ensure data/report integrity by continuously understanding use of tools and the business needs for information
• Identify, communicate, and escalate in a timely manner contact trends to appropriate business units to ensure proactive response/resolution

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4-year Degree Preferred
• Previous customer service experience
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Ability to listen, talk, and type simultaneously
• Sonic or QSR Restaurant experience preferred

Pay: $16.75 - $25.13 per hour

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
