

Gap Inc. is transforming how we work to better serve our customers and brands. The Manager, Transformation Lead plays a key role in designing and implementing new processes, tools, and ways of working within a specific function or capability.
This role partners closely with Business SMEs and Solution teams to define business requirements, support testing, and drive change adoption. You will ensure new solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with operational realities.
Process & Requirements
• Partner with Functional SMEs to document and refine future-state Level 2/3/4 processes
• Define clear business requirements and validate alignment to operational needs
• Pressure-test workflows against real-world and peak-season scenarios
• Identify risks and escalate issues appropriately
Testing & Implementation
• Support and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Validate tools in sandbox environments and provide structured feedback
• Support pilot execution and rollout readiness
Change & Adoption
• Conduct change impact assessments for assigned function
• Cascade updates and reinforce decision rationale
• Support development of training materials and job aids
• Facilitate training sessions during pilot and rollout
• Reinforce accountability to new ways of working
• Process-oriented and detail-driven
• Strong communicator able to simplify complex ideas
• Comfortable working cross-functionally
• Solution-focused with the ability to anticipate risks
• Organized and able to manage multiple deliverables
• 5–7 years of experience in operations, strategy, transformation, or related functional area
• Experience supporting system implementations or process improvements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
