Support the organization and preparation of VPS@Work events and continuous improvement workshops. Participate as support in VPS work teams, collaborating in analysis and documentation activities. Collect, organize, and follow up on information related to savings projects, productivity, and process improvement initiatives. Support the follow-up of actions derived from workshops and Lean events. Assist in the standardization and documentation of Lean processes (formats, A3 reports, reports, layouts, etc.)
Active student of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Preferably in the final semesters of the degree program.
