Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Pune(Client place)
Employment Type: Permanent/Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team for a strategic project with our client in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare project plans, status reports, risk registers, and governance decks.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
Identify project risks/issues and drive mitigation plans.
Conduct stakeholder meetings, steering committee reviews, and progress discussions.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and project management best practices.
Manage change requests, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Support UAT, go-live planning, and post-implementation stabilization.
8+ years of overall experience with 4+ years as Project Manager.
Strong experience in handling enterprise-level projects.
Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of project planning tools like MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Experience in vendor coordination and budget tracking.
PMP / Prince2 / Scrum certification preferred.
Experience working with manufacturing / FMCG organizations.
Prior experience in digital transformation, ERP, CRM, or IT infrastructure projects.
Exposure to client-facing project environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
MBA preferred.
Mumbai (Work from Office / Hybrid as per project requirement)
Immediate to 10 days preferred.
