Lead and own product validation strategy, including regression quality, performance benchmarking and release sign‑off
Act as a technical authority to identify product weaknesses and recommend improvements
Drive process, methodology, and test infrastructure improvements across Product Validation
Work closely with R&D, Product Engineering, Application Engineering, and customers to ensure product readiness
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to senior and junior engineers
Support and influence cross‑functional initiatives and high‑impact programs
Act as a technical authority in conceiving and defining verification and validation strategies for complex products and solution flows
Drive design for testability principles into product lines and integrated solution flows
Deep experience in Product Validation/ Software Quality Assurance
Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑team technical efforts
Strong communication and influencing skill
BE/BTech/ME/MS/MTech in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
10+ years of relevant experience (or Master’s + 7 years / PhD + 5 years)
